We all got up early and made our way to church in the 3 vans at 7.30am. We did stop off at a bigger dairy to buy brekky on the way - we looked invisible or something because a guy pushed in front of Jalen & I in line! The talo chips are yummy! We all met in the foyer and it takes awhile waiting for all 40 of us to rock up, load up and make sure we account for all the kids. The trip was about an hours drive. We arrived in Falevao and watched all the guys put on their nice shirts and ie fai taga's. We then headed to EFKS church which is on a hill and not even 1 min walk. Nathaniel and Talaini started playing up so we headed outside and they actually lock you out of church. The view from the church is breath taking but it was hotter outside then it was inside. We ended up feeding the babies in the van and Tafi who was just as hot came and took us for a drive to a shop to get a drink. We came back and church had finished and everyone was walking home! We then had lunch. Protocol is to take your shoes off before you enter a fale. Dads family looked after us really well. The Samoan food was great and our drink was the Niu (coconut). One thing that would have been really good was to know who the family were. We knew who some of them were but didn't know who belonged to who. We sang a song to the family after lunch we hopped into the van and dad did his faasamoa and dished out tupe to the aiga and we left and took everyone to Fagaloa Bay. On the way back we stopped to visit mums sister Elisa and mums cousin Alapati. By then we had enough of driving and came back to the hotel and the kids went swimming. Most of the kids went to watch Indiana Jones tonight and we got pizza for dinner. (Amercian size pizza's are huge!). Stayed back with Nathaniel as he is sick and watched Samoan Talent Show which was awesome to watch!
